Shipping and fulfilment.
Delivery costs, destinations and timelines for every Aurelius Labs order.
Delivery costs
Delivery is €15 within Ireland, €20 elsewhere in the EU, and £10 to the United Kingdom. Orders over €200 ship free (over £150 for UK orders).
Processing times
Orders are reviewed and dispatched promptly on business days. You’ll receive confirmation when your order ships.
Delivery and tracking
We ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom. Tracking details are shared by email once your order is dispatched. Import rules vary by country, so please check the requirements that apply to you before ordering. If a shipment is delayed, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Packaging
Every order ships in secure, tamper-evident packaging with no product details shown on the outer packaging. Lyophilised vials tolerate ambient temperature in transit.
