Questions.

Are these for human use?
No. Everything sold here is supplied for laboratory research only. It is not a medicine, supplement or food product. None of it is approved for human or veterinary use in any jurisdiction, and it must not be consumed by people or animals. If you are looking for treatment for a health condition, speak to a doctor.
Who does your testing?
Janoshik Analytical, an independent laboratory. We don't run tests in-house or publish our own numbers. Each report carries a verification key that you can enter at janoshik.com/verify to see the original document from the lab directly.
Why does the lab report name a different client?
Batch reports are issued to the manufacturing supplier who submitted the sample, so the client field on the original shows the manufacturer rather than Aurelius Labs. What ties the report to your vial is the task number and the batch identifier, both of which are published on the product page.
What do the assays actually measure?
Content and purity for single compounds, and identity plus amount of each component for blends. For GLP-family compounds we use the blind panel, where the lab screens against several candidates without being told which to expect. These are not sterility, endotoxin, heavy metals or stability tests, and we don't present them as such.
Why does one product say certificate pending?
Because we don't hold a current independent report for that batch. Cerebrolysin is the only item in that position. It carries no purity claim rather than a number we can't support.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. You place the order, we give you a reference like AUR-0001 and our account details, and you transfer the total quoting that reference. We dispatch once the payment lands, usually the next working day. We do not take card payments.
How do I store it?
Lyophilised vials tolerate ambient temperature in transit. Once reconstituted, keep between 2°C and 8°C, as printed on the vial label. Keep vials out of direct light.
How do I reconstitute a vial?
Lyophilised compounds are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, which we supply in 10ml vials. Add the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the powder, and swirl rather than shake. Volume depends on the concentration your protocol calls for.
What does delivery cost?
€7 within Ireland and €15 to the rest of the EU. Orders over €200 ship free. Package insurance is available as a €10 add-on if you want cover against loss in transit.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship within the European Union only. Import rules for research compounds still vary between member states, so check what applies where you are before ordering — you are responsible for the legality of import at your end. We do not ship outside the EU.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the packaging and vial. Sealed vials that arrive intact can't be returned, for reasons of chain of custody.
