Privacy notice.
How Aurelius Labs handles the information you share with us.
Data collected
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, shipping address and order details — plus basic analytics used to run and improve the site. Payment card details are processed by our secure payment provider and are never stored by us.
How information is used
We use your information to process and ship orders, provide support, and send order updates. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order (payment processing and shipping), never sold to third parties.
Retention and contact
We keep order records only as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us and we’ll action it promptly.
