Every compound sold by Aurelius Labs is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Nothing we sell is a medicine, dietary supplement, cosmetic or food product. Nothing we sell has been approved by any regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. It must not be administered to people or animals, and it must not be consumed in any form.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are acquiring these materials for legitimate research purposes, and that you will not resupply them for human or animal consumption. You are responsible for handling and disposing of them safely and lawfully.
Orders are paid by bank transfer in euro. When you place an order you receive a unique reference and our account details. Quote that reference on the transfer so we can match it to your order. Orders are held as awaiting payment until the funds clear, and we dispatch after that. We do not accept card payments and we do not store any payment instrument.
If a transfer has not arrived within 14 days the order may be cancelled. Contact us if you need longer.
We ship within the European Union only. Orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging. Delivery is €7 to addresses in Ireland and €15 to the rest of the EU. Orders with a subtotal of €200 or more ship free. Package insurance is available as a €10 add-on and covers loss in transit.
Import rules for research compounds still differ between EU member states. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the rules that apply where you are. Any customs charges, duties or import taxes are yours to pay. We are not able to mislabel shipments or understate declared value.
Because these are sealed laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of intact vials once they have left our control — chain of custody can't be re-established. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email Aureliuslabs.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents, and we will replace or refund it.
If a batch report we publish is materially inconsistent with the vial you received, contact us and we will refund that item in full.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we believe the materials are intended for human or animal use, where shipping to the destination is not lawful or practical, or where payment cannot be verified.
Prices are in euro and exclude delivery. We may change prices and catalogue contents at any time; the price shown at the moment you order is the price that applies to that order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We accept no liability for any use of these materials outside laboratory research, and none whatsoever for consumption by people or animals.
We collect only what an order requires: name, delivery address, email, and the order itself. We do not take card payments, so no card or payment-instrument data ever reaches us. Bank transfers are matched using the order reference. We use this information to fulfil your order and to contact you about it.
We do not sell customer data or share it for marketing. We retain order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then delete them. To request a copy of what we hold about you, or its deletion, email Aureliuslabs.contact@gmail.com.
The site stores your cart in your browser's local storage and remembers that you passed the age confirmation for the duration of your visit. Neither is sent to us.
